Patron of the New offers a curated selection of luxury items and accepts returns on eligible full-price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
